Emcor Hass Group Ltd is a private limited company incorporated under Cap 486 of the Laws of Kenya, dealing in the manufacturing and supply of industrial valves, digital water meters, HDPE fittings, and all plumbing solutions.

Our physical premises are located in Ruiru, Nairobi County, Kenya. We supply to clients across Kenya and East Africa, including individual contractors, county governments, water utilities, WSPs, and institutional buyers.

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, placing an order, or engaging with Emcor Hass Group Ltd in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. These terms apply to all interactions including online enquiries, WhatsApp communications, in-person purchases, and LPO-based procurement.

All products listed on this website represent items we stock or can source. Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order confirmation.

• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance while maintaining the specified technical specifications.
• We reserve the right to substitute equivalent products where the specified item is temporarily unavailable, subject to client approval.
• Technical specifications (size range, pressure rating, materials, temperature range, standards compliance) are provided in good faith based on manufacturer data.
• Clients are responsible for confirming that specified products meet their project requirements before placing an order.

Prices quoted are in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied at the current statutory rate at the time of invoicing.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
• For standard orders, payment is required before dispatch unless a credit account has been established.
• Institutional buyers (county governments, water utilities, NGOs) may be supplied on LPO (Local Purchase Order) terms subject to credit approval.
• Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa), bank transfer, and cash at our Ruiru premises.
• For LPO orders, payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

An order is confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from Emcor Hass Group Ltd via email, WhatsApp, or official quotation document. Website enquiries and WhatsApp messages constitute expressions of interest, not binding orders.

• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
• Order cancellations must be communicated in writing before goods have been dispatched. Cancellation of custom or specially sourced items may be subject to a restocking fee.
• Any modifications to a confirmed order must be agreed in writing by both parties.

We strive to fulfil all orders within agreed lead times. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control including customs clearance, supplier delays, or force majeure events.

• Delivery within Nairobi and surroundings is available subject to a delivery fee.
• Upcountry and regional deliveries are arranged via third-party courier or client-organised transport.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon collection from our premises or upon handover to an agreed carrier.
• Emcor Hass Group Ltd is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or logistics providers.

We stand behind the quality of every product we supply. Returns and warranty claims are handled as follows:

• Defective products: Any product found to be defective upon delivery must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange replacement or credit at our discretion.
• Wrong items: If we dispatch an incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost within the agreed lead time.
• Change of mind returns are not accepted unless agreed in advance. All returns must be in original, unused condition with original packaging.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to all products as provided by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.

Emcor Hass Group Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, project delays, or consequential damage caused by product failure when installed outside recommended specifications.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied under the relevant order.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
